1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PricePulse.club (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. Continued access constitutes acceptance of any future amendments.
2. Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
- Prohibited Jurisdictions: Users from the USA, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and Crimea are restricted due to regulatory sanctions.
- Franchise Limits: A maximum of 3 franchises per user is allowed to prevent abuse.
- Business Entities: Corporate accounts must provide valid registration documents.
3. Account Registration
Accuracy & Verification
- Users must provide truthful and up-to-date information during signup.
- Fake identities or misrepresentation will result in immediate account termination.
Security & Access
- Users are responsible for maintaining confidential login credentials.
- Report unauthorized access immediately to support@pricepulse.club.
KYC (Know Your Customer) Policy
- Required for withdrawals exceeding $1,000 USD equivalent.
- Acceptable documents: Government-issued ID, proof of address, and a selfie with ID.

B. Payout Rules
- Payment Method: Distributed weekly in USDT (Tether) via our designated payment processor.
- Conditions:
- ROI is only paid upon successful task validation.
- 3+ invalid submissions in a month result in forfeiture of that week’s payout.
- Deadline: Tasks reset every Sunday at 23:59 UTC.
5. Task Requirements

- No faces, personal data, or offensive content.
- Penalties:
- 1st Offense: Warning.
- 2nd Offense: 50% ROI deduction.
- 3rd Offense: 30-day suspension.

- Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
